These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Beauty Center Beckum. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Deposits
Appointments are only confirmed after a 50% deposit is paid.
Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or in person before the day of treatment.
Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before, your deposit will be refunded or credited towards a future booking.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before, your deposit is non-refundable.
Missed appointments without notice will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatments.
Beauty Center Beckum is not liable for any issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

4. Services & Results
We provide treatments with the highest professional standards. However, results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and aftercare.
Treatment times and prices are subject to change; updates will always be published on our website.

5. Liability
Beauty Center Beckum is not liable for temporary skin reactions, sensitivity, or complications when aftercare instructions are not followed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. Gift Vouchers & Offers
Gift vouchers are valid for [Insert validity period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.
Vouchers and offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
